Account

How do I log into my account?

On the main menu at the top of the webpage , find the “Account” section. Click on that. It will bring you to a log-in page. Use your email and password to log in.

If you cannot log in, try changing your password.

Why is something I purchased not in my account?

The most common issue causing this is that you downloaded an item from the website that was offered free at the time. This website used to be a blog that relied on only donations. Then the model changed and it became a store with items to purchase. If you have a digital download from this website that is not in your account, most likely it was downloaded for free. Those earlier free items will not show up in your account.

Games were put in the store after 2020. You may think you purchased it, but it was actually a free item at the time.

No free items were added to your account downloaded before 2020 due to software limitations. Think of those earlier items you downloaded for free as a limited time promotional item!

Why can’t I reset my account password?

Usually when you can’t reset your password, it is because:

• You don’t have an account. (You can only set up an account when you purchase something (or download a free promotional item).
• You used an alternate email when you set up your account or have a typo in your original account email.
• You downloaded an item that was free at the time. No free items were added to an account downloaded before 2020 due to software limitations.

General

What is a digital download?

Digital downloads are files that you print at home! You will purchase the file from this website and receive a link to download it. You can then either print it out or use it on an iPad. PLEASE review the TERMS OF USE and LICENSE POLICIES before using them.

You will NOT receive any items in the mail. Only the digital download printable .PDF file(s).

Can you send me instructions to a game?

If you do not have the instructions to a game, most likely it is because you downloaded that game from the blog for free before 2020. Games and instructions are now for purchase in the store. Look and see if the game is available and purchase it.

If you cannot find the game on the store, then it has been retired and is no longer available. I cannot send instructions for retired games.

What is Adobe Acrobat Reader?

From the Adobe Acrobat Reader website:
“With Acrobat Reader you can open, read and print PDFs, and fill out PDF forms.”

It is a free software used with PDFs. You can download it for free here!

What is a PDF?

From the Adobe Acrobat Reader website:

“PDF is an abbreviation that stands for Portable Document Format. It’s a versatile file format created by Adobe that gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents – regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document.”

In short, this is the file format of all my downloadable files and printable documents.

How do I edit an “editable PDF?”

Follow the steps of the graphic below:

How to edit text fields in Adobe Reader
How do I print on both sides of paper for flash cards?

Every computer and operating system is a little different, so I’ll do my best to answer this question:

The file (called a PDF) will include both the front and back of the cards. I suggest you scroll through the PDF file to see all the pages before you print.  When you are ready, open the printer dialog box.

Under the Pages to Print instructions in the pop-up box, select “Pages”, and then type the page numbers of the front of the cards. For example, if the font of the cards are on pages 1, 2, and 3, type 1-3. Select “Print.” Only the card numbers you typed in will print.

In order to print on the back, insert one of the pages you just printed back into your printer and type the PDF page number that contains the back of the cards. Do the same for every page that you intend to have a printed back. You will need to know which side of the paper your printer prints on, so test that out before you waste a lot of paper and ink. Every printer has a different way to do that.

Adobe Reader updates the PDF reader program regularly,  so in the future, the box below may look different, but the general directions will be the same.

Help! I’m having trouble printing.

You will need to have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer, which you can download free here. If you do not use Adobe Reader, the document may not print correctly.

Unfortunately, I can’t help you much more than that.
