Description

💐☀️A beautiful elementary piece for your little princess!

Your elementary level “princesses” will love this peaceful composition designed to engage their imagination and emotions. Were you the kind of child who spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoors while watching the clouds and day-dreaming? Well, this piece captures those childhood feelings perfectly. The simple and carefully crafted teacher accompaniment will add depth to the music. Give this piece to your sensitive students who will love playing the dreamy melody.

It is written in middle C position with one easy cross-over and simple hand shifts in the coda. The brief hand shift can be taught by rote so it’s not hard to learn.  With the teacher accompaniment it will be a big hit for your level one student at your recital. It is also a good first festival piece, where they can show off dynamics, and expression.

This has been my favorite for years. I had been missing it the last few years. I am so glad it is back. It is such a great piece for making beginning students (especially girls)feel more confident using more of the keyboard and moving around. My students have always loved it and it is a great beginner piece for recitals.

Thank you so much! It was originally only one page. I revised it with more verses, a new ending, and I wrote a teacher accompaniment, which I think really adds a lot. Now I think it makes a lovely recital piece.
