Learn note names with this fast and fun game!

Description

We all have found that learning note names is one of the hardest things about teaching piano. The Lady Bug Game has a colorful board and note cards that create a fun game that students like so much they actually enjoy learning the names of notes on the staff! This game should be a permanent tool in your idea box to help your students learn the names of notes on the staff. The cards contain only 21 notes on the grand staff. Silly extra cards are included to make the cheerful and colorful game more fun. A bonus game is included in this purchase, a set of keyboard cards to learn the key names on the piano. The colorful backs of the cards are optional, and continue the happy look of the game. Two or more students can play together, and the game can also be played by the student and teacher.

This ladybug game is a great way to practice note reading for beginning piano students. With young beginner students, I just use to piano key cards, and then as the students learn more notes on the staff, I add the cards with staff notes into the game. My students always enjoy playing this game!
