One Minute Club 2024

Description

The One Minute Club is a note identification competition activity where students “say and play” notes in one minute or less. As the teacher flips through flash cards, students say the note on the card and play it on the piano. If they can get through all the cards within one minute, they are in the club and are awarded the certificate and club membership card. Use any flash cards you want, but I recommend grand staff flashcards. Place the students’ membership cards in clear badge holders (not included) so they can be collected each year! (A new design is released every year.) Keep records of students’ times with the included chart. This activity is meant to be fun, so adjust the competition rules as needed to encourage your students! Recommended for ages 10 and up.

Membership cards are laid out to match the Avery Business Card template (Avery 5371, 28371, 28878, 8371, 5871, 8871, 28877, and more. I personally purchased the Avery 8371 for my inkjet printer).
You do NOT need to use Avery business card paper! Regular paper or cardstock works great and you can simply cut along the dotted lines.

This item contains 3 pages of PRINTABLE PDF files to be printed by the purchaser on 8.5 x 11 inches paper. In the event you don’t need the chart or certificate, each page is a separate file so you do not need to download them all. When you order, you will be able to set up an ACCOUNT and your links will be placed in your account for you to download. Please double-check the email you use. Once you have saved your file, you may print it yourself or use a print shop of your choice. To find your account later, select “Account” from the top menu.

This file is for your private use. You have permission to make copies for the students you teach in your private studio. Do not share with anyone outside of your studio. If you are not a teacher, you have permission to use it with your family. Each teacher and/or parent needs to make a separate purchase and not share with teachers in a school or business. The original art is copyrighted and may not be altered or used. There are no refunds on digital products but email me if you have problems and I will work with you.
