Hearts and Clover Game

❤️  🎹  ☘️  Hearts and Clover is a note reading game for elementary students to help with identifying notes. As a bonus, there is a page of piano keyboard cards for beginning students. With colorful graphics of both hearts and shamrocks on the page, you can use it for both Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s day! There are variations for play with individual students, two students, or groups. It is a fast or slow game depending on how many cards you use. This game is similar to the Christmas and Halloween games that so many students like. I’m happy to add a Valentine and St. Patrick’s Day version. The instructions are included in your purchase.

Objective

The objective of Hearts and Clover is to review note reading for fluency.

Level

This game is for students at the primer and elementary level. The notes are on individual bass and treble staves and are easy to read.There are no ledger line notes except middle C.

There are a total of 7 pages including:
• 1 page of game instructions
• Game board
• 4 pages of playing cards
• Ink-saving back for the cards (optional)

Hearts and Clover contains 7 PRINTABLE PDF pages including an instruction page. These are digital files to print on 8.5″ x 11″ paper. When you order, your links will be placed in your account for you to download. Once you have saved your file, you may print it yourself or use a print shop of your choice. These files are for your private use. You have permission to make copies for the students you teach yourself in your private studio. Parents may print copies for their children.
