2020-2021 Studio Calendar

Order the  2020-2021 Studio Calendar now in the store! $2.99

Do you have students who are always asking when they need to get a piece memorized, when is the holiday break, or what is the date of a festival? This one-page calendar is specially designed for teachers, students, and parents who have activities scheduled for the academic year. It is made with each month of the year on the left and right sides of the page. The middle of the page is blank with an optional table to personalize in Word.

••• The middle is left blank to insert your own monthly schedule for the year! •••

This is an unusual layout but it works great for students, parents, and teachers! By typing your own studio schedule and then inserting this calendar into the plastic cover of binders, you will solve the problem of remembering events such as festivals and recitals. You can also list the days your studio will be closed, such as 🦃  Thanksgiving, 🎄 Christmas, and 🌷 spring break. Don’t forget to list the first and last day of lessons, audition dates, theory test dates, dates music should be memorized, and anything else that will be helpful. You can also type entry fees.

Save these files in your account so you can print copies all year!

Included in the order is a 2020-2021 one-page Studio Calendar made for 8.5″ x 11″ paper with a space in the middle for your studio schedule. Please note that only the table in the middle can be personalized. In the table you can change the font, color, and size.

Your file will be put in your account for you to download. Once you have downloaded and saved your file, you may print it yourself or use a print shop of your choice. Please note that this listing does not include a physical item.

To find your account, select “Account” from the top menu.

••• Instructions for buyers: If you’re not too familiar with tables in Word, they are very easy. To move from column to column, use the TAB key. The lines of the table are invisible when you print, although you can change that in the settings. •••
