Description

Organize your studio with a 2020-2021 academic year STUDIO CALENDAR!

Do you have students who are always asking when they need to get a piece memorized, when is the holiday break, or what is the date of a festival? This calendar is specially designed for teachers, students, and parents who have activities scheduled for the academic year. It is made with each month of the year on the left and right sides of the page.

••• The middle is left blank to insert your own monthly schedule for the year! •••

This is an unusual layout but it works great for students! By typing your own studio schedule and then inserting this calendar into the plastic cover of binders, you will solve the problem of remembering events such as festivals and recitals. You can also list the days your studio will be closed, such as 🦃  Thanksgiving, 🎄 Christmas, and 🌷 spring break. Don’t forget to list the first and last day of lessons, audition dates, theory test dates, dates music should be memorized, and anything else that will be helpful. Make extra copies for parents!

Using the Table function in Word for Windows, you can personalize the calendar by typing your schedule in the middle.

When you open this in Word, it is possible the table guidelines will not show up! To make the table guidelines appear, in the  “Home” tab select the drop down menu of the “Border” icon (which looks like a box with a two lines going each way). Open the Borders tab and select “View Guidelines.” Please make sure you are in Word and not Google Docs. To open in Word, you might need to right-click and use the “Save Link As.”

Save these files in your account so you can use them with your students all year!

Included in the order is a one page studio 2020-2021 calendar made for 8.5″ x 11″ paper with a space in the middle for your studio schedule.

Your file will be put in your account for you to download. Once you have downloaded and saved your file, you may print it yourself or use a print shop of your choice. Please note that this listing does not include a physical item.

To find your account, select “Account” from the top menu.

••• Instructions for buyers: If you’re not too familiar with tables in Word, they are very easy. To move from column to column, use the TAB key. The lines of the table are invisible when you print, although you can change that in the settings. •••
