🎈👏 📆 Organize your studio with a 2023-2024 academic year STUDIO CALENDAR!  

Do you have students who are always asking when they need to get a piece memorized, when is the holiday break, or what is the date of a festival? This calendar is specially designed for teachers, students, and parents who have activities scheduled for the academic year. It is made with each month of the year on the left and right sides of the page with a blank middle so you can add your schedule. Please note this is a digital file and does not include a physical product.

The middle is left blank to insert your own monthly schedule for the year!

This is a hard-to-find and unusual layout but it is a teacher, parent, and student favorite! By typing your own schedule and then inserting this calendar into the plastic cover of binders, you will solve the problem of students and parents remembering events such as festivals and recitals. You can also list the days your studio will be closed, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and spring break. Don’t forget to list the first and last day of lessons, audition dates, theory test dates, the dates music should be memorized, and anything else that will be helpful. Make extra copies for parents to put on their refrigerator.

Included in your purchase is an optional template with instructions using the TABLE function in WORD for Windows.  If you do not have Word, there are also instructions on how to format the page without using Word. Included are:

• An academic calendar from July 2023 to August 2024.
• An optional Word template for you to edit your schedule.
• An illustrated one-page instruction sheet on how to use the Word template ~ or ~ how to format the page without using Word.

This Studio Calendar  is a  3 PRINTABLE PDF to be printed by the purchaser on 8.5 x 11 inches paper. When you order, your links will be sent to your ACCOUNT for you to download. Please double-check the email you use. Once you have saved your files, you may print them yourself. To find your account later, select “Account” from the top menu. Please note this is a digital file and does not include a physical product.

You will need to have Word installed on your computer to use the table function in Word. Due to different computer systems, we are not able to help you edit your file. Some teachers have said they use it in Google Docs and Pages but it has not been tested. This file is for your private use. You have permission to make copies for the students you teach in your private studio. Do not share with anyone outside of your studio. If you are not a teacher, you have permission to use it with your family. Each teacher and/or parent needs to make a separate purchase and not share with teachers, acquaintances, a school, or business. The original art is copyrighted and may not be altered or used. There are no refunds on digital products but email me if you have download problems and I will work with you!
