Are You a Line or a Space? If you are looking for something different and fun to add some spark to your lessons, try the Are You a Line or a Space activity. It is part game and part non-competitive note reading activity. Your entire studio participates in a 2 week “experiment” to determine if it is faster to read notes on the lines or spaces. Students do not compete against each other and students names are not used. This lowers the tension and makes the entire activity more fun. My students had fun with this because it’s so different from other activities. Complete, easy instructions are included.

Teachers will need a timer and 10 bingo chips (not included). Coins, bit of paper, beans, etc. can be used as chips. Optional: Pencils to insert into the reward cards. Please note this is a digital download and does not include a physical item.
