A fun  way to find the root of a chord!

Description

🎹🎈🧑‍🌾 What’s the Root? is a bingo game for students to learn how to identify the root of triads in root, first, and second inversions. It is a great teaching tool to explain how to find roots in triads. It can be played as a teacher/student game, or in a theory class or group lesson. Students need to know how to find the roots of triads if they want to play keyboard/piano with a band or praise group in the future. This game is a playful way for students to become more familiar with this concept. If you are a parent or home school teacher, instructions on how to find the roots of triads are included. Bonus page: How to Find the Root cards are included with the game to give to students if they need it. Complete instructions are included in a separate file. Please note this is a digital download and does not include a physical item.

You will need 9 tokens for each student, not included. You can use pebbles, stones, cut up construction paper, or bingo chips.

There are a total of 9 pages including:
• 3 pages of calling cards
